A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER
Hi, I’m Charlotte!
I’m a senior at the University of Colorado Boulder, originally from Rhode Island, and the photographer and founder behind Waylily.
I’ve always loved the creative side of things, especially photography. Through photographing weddings, couples, and events, I’ve seen just how much goes into making everything come together. Between timelines, contact information, locations, and last-minute changes, there’s a lot happening behind the scenes.
That’s really where the idea for Waylily came from. I wanted to create something that made keeping track of all those moving pieces a little easier, not just for photographers, but for planners, coordinators, and anyone involved in bringing an event to life.
Outside of photography and working on Waylily, you’ll usually find me spending time with my miniature dachshund, Henry, trying a new recipe with my partner, or finding something creative to work on.
I’m still learning, creating, and figuring things out as I go, but I’m really excited to see where Waylily goes. I’m so glad you’re here!

For the moments behind the moment.
I saw how much coordination goes into bringing an event to life. Waylily began with a simple idea: make it easier to keep the moving pieces together so the people creating the day can enjoy it, too.
